Lord Stanley Ballroom
A 2,000 sq. ft. heritage ballroom with vaulted ceilings, vintage chandeliers, and a neutral colour palette, perfect for elegant gatherings. Seats up 180 guests or 250 guests for standing style receptions, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, podium, AV equipment, and music hook-up. Can connect to the Tea Room for larger events.
Ideal for: wedding ceremonies and receptions, banquets, conferences, corporate events, wellness retreats, filming, photoshoots and milestone celebrations.
The Tea Room
Complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a full-service bar, the Tea Room is a 1,750 sq. ft. versatile space with a neutral colour palette. The space holds up to 180 guests, with Wi-Fi, podium, AV equipment, and music hook-up. Can connect to the Lord Stanley Ballroom or Stanley’s Bar & Grill for larger events.
Ideal for: indoor wedding ceremonies, intimate receptions, cocktail events, private parties, filming, photoshoots and corporate gatherings (Seated capacity up to 80 guests and up to 180 guests for a cocktail reception).
Outdoor Spaces
The Formal Gardens
Surrounded by Stanley Park’s beautifully landscaped gardens, the Formal Gardens offer a stunning forest backdrop for outdoor events of all kinds. A landscaped garden and forested backdrop surround this spacious 2,700 sq. ft. manicured lawn. It can accommodate both intimate ceremonies and larger celebrations, with room for up to 180 guests and is equipped with white folding chairs and a water station.
Ideal for: outdoor wedding ceremonies, corporate receptions, wellness retreats, photoshoots, filming and summer parties (up to 180 seated guests).
The Side Lawn
The Side Lawn is 2,700 sq. ft. and provides a more tucked-away outdoor setting, perfect for relaxed, open-air events immersed in the forest of Stanley Park. With flexible space for smaller gatherings or larger groups up to 250 guests, it adapts seamlessly to your event vision. Suitable for tenting, licensed for beverages, and located adjacent to Stanley’s Bar & Grill deck.
Ideal for: outdoor receptions, wedding ceremonies, private celebrations, family events, team activities and intimate ceremonies (Seated capacity up to 180 guests. Standing receptions up to 250 guests)
Stanley’s Bar & Grill
A versatile indoor-outdoor space with a neutral colour palette, wood-burning fireplace, and full-service bar. Stanley’s Bar & Grill can accommodate up to 180 guests and includes Wi-Fi, a podium, AV equipment, and a music hook-up. The venue can be used independently or combined with the Tea Room and Lord Stanley Ballroom for larger celebrations. It also offers direct access to the large east-facing deck and main lawn, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Ideal for: casual weddings, cocktail events, private parties, banquets, and corporate celebrations (up to 40 seated guests indoors, outside deck accommodates up to 100 seated guests on patio. Standing reception style accommodating up to 180 guests).
