Yes, you can use your own vendor. However, it’s always easier to use the recommended vendors as they are aware of our venue rules and regulations.

Our gratuity service fee is 20%.

Do you provide parking?
Paid parking in Stanley Park is provided by Easy Park. We recommend you download the Easy Park app. The lot number #62.

May I customize the menu?
Yes, we can customize any of our menus. Please contact your venue coordinator for further information.

What is the inclement weather plan for outdoor ceremonies?
If it rains on your ceremony day, your venue coordinator will contact you two hours prior to your scheduled arrival to confirm if you would prefer to have the ceremony relocated to the Tea Room.

If we select a buffet menu for our event, where do you set up the buffet tables?
The buffet tables are set up in the Tea Room and we invite guests to the buffet, table by table.

I have a guest attending our event with limited mobility. Is Stanley Park Pavilion accessible?
Yes, Stanley Park Pavilion is wheelchair accessible.

What is the deposit schedule and payment timeline?
When this agreement is signed, the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the Food & Beverage Minimum (F&B Minimum) to reserve the event date.

Are there extra fees (cleaning, overtime, staffing, security)?
The venue décor set up access time is 3 pm. There is an early access fee if someone wants to come earlier.

Can we bring in external decorations or vendors (florists, entertainment, rentals)?
Absolutely!

When can vendors begin setup on the day of the event?
2 pm outside, 3 pm inside.

Are there restrictions on décor, candles, hanging items, open flame, etc.?
The flame needs to be enclosed. No nails, and no staplers for hanging decor.

Is there an on-site rehearsal available?
Depending on the availability, rehearsals are booked between 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays.

Is there a backup plan for outdoor events (rain, weather)?
Yes, we offer the Tea Room as the ceremony back up plan. If the weather turns, we will confirm this new arrangement with the couple at 2 pm on their wedding day.

Do you offer lighting packages or décor upgrades?
We have uplights, Chivari Chairs, and charger plates in-house available to rent. However, we can rent more options from our décor company partner.

Is there liability insurance requirement or do you provide insurance?
Insurance is included in our rentals.

Are there noise limits or music curfew for neighbors?
The lights and music must be off at 1 am every night. On Sundays, the curfew is one hour earlier.

How do guests access the venue via public transit?
The number 19 bus station is right behind of our venue.

Are overnight stays allowed or would you recommend nearby hotels?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate overnight stays at our venue. However, there are some excellent hotels that we partner with like the Westin Bayshore and the Fairmont Downtown Hotels.

What is your sustainability or waste-management policy (recycling, composting)?
We sort, collect and dispose of waste after every event. Sustainability is important to us, and we try to be green with all of our practices and actions.

How is the guest flow / food service flow handled (buffet vs plated)?
Depending on the guest count, we offer one sided, or double-sided buffets.

What is your maximum capacity under COVID / spacing constraints?
We offer 200 pax indoor, and 220 pax outdoor.

Can we host a ceremony and reception in separate spaces?
Yes, you may.

What are your lighting and power amenities?
We have enough outlets and power capacity for film shootings, and expo events. We are also able to dim the lights

What is included in the tasting? Are tastings complimentary or optional?
Tastings are available at an additional cost. We offer 4 canapes, 3 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts, and 4 wine options at our tasting events.
